I am not sure what the next step should be but there not working with me at all about the issues. With all the issues I don't want the knew one. There willing to sell me a older trailer and not give me what I bought the trailer for so my knew loan wod be more for a older one because I'd still owe on my knew one. With all the issues it had I said to take it back and I'll take a used one. They are not willing to work with me at all. They have had my trailer longer then I have and there's still so many issues with it. Called the service depth twice and emailed them and nobody seems to be getting back to me. Since everything was noted before my warranty was up all the issues should have been addressed. When I purchased it there was a warranty for it for ine year which would have ended in March. I asked if I can replace the knew one with a older one since mine has too many issues and there not willing to fix them. Not all the issues were addressed and now it is leaking and need to wait for more parts. Two weeks ago I was notified that it was ready to be picked up. I was called in March that they had all the parts and would start working on it. Finally in Oct we dropped it off at the service dept so it can be done before camping season was done. Everything was noted with what was wrong with it. I called back in Sept again somebody came and nothing was done. Somebody came to look at it and nothing was done. Once I started camping I noticed some issues.
